In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful, a Lord who makes things easy. Praise be to God, who is just in His wisdom, comprehensive in His knowledge, conquering in His authority, brilliant in His proof, and preserving... As for what follows: God Almighty has enjoined on us shooting crossbows, of great reward, and tying horses with good knots in their forelocks. God Almighty says: “...And from the tying of horses, thereby terrify you the enemy of God.” And your enemy...) Al-Sadiq Al-Maduq, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, interpreted force as throwing, and he, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, understands the words of God, and its interpretation is more knowledgeable.
