I read to the Hafiz Muhammad [...] the Levant, the Musnad of the era, Shams al-Din Ibn al-Hajjaj Yusuf bin Khalil bin Abdullah al-Dimashqi, a resident of Aleppo there. I said to him, I told you, Ibn Muhammad Abd al-Khaliq bin Abd al-Wahhab bin Muhammad bin al-Hussein al-Sabouni informed you of your reading to him in Baghdad in the year five hundred and eighty-eight.
