Notes He discusses the science of drawing the Holy Qur’an in the manner of Zaid ibn Thabit, and the impermissibility of changing this spelling, because challenging its spelling is like challenging its recitation, as well as clarifying the terminological script, and the difference between it and the script of spelling the Holy Qur’an. Al-Baghdadi mentioned in “Idah al-Maknoon” that it belongs to the Sheikh of Islam, Abu Abdullah Muhammad ibn Ahmad, and did not mention his surname or his death. With the latest hadiths and benefits.
Sample Text What follows is that the knowledge of drawings is one of the most valuable sciences, and the greatest of them in this world and the next, since there is a way to know the drawing of his book, and to control some aspects of its reading, so it is obligatory for readers and writers to know the drawing of the Uthmani Qur’ans and follow it, as it was drawn by Zayd ibn Thabit, for he did not write any of that except for a gentle reason and eloquent wisdom.
