Date 1218 AH / 1803 AD; The manuscript is from the writings of the last century
Notes Sections of the book: The book consists of thirteen sections on compound medicines, the first of which is about three or four medicines being compounded, the second is about infusions and cooked things. The third section is about jams, then licks, pastes, pastes, pastes, pastes, pills, drops, tablets, injections, waxes, coatings, bandages, lotions, and eyeliners, and the book ends with fats. The book is part of a collection, and it is the last one, in which the author relied on many sources. We see him sometimes saying: Al-Samarqandi said, may God have mercy on him, and sometimes saying: From the dictation of my teacher, may God have mercy on him, without mentioning the name of his teacher, and sometimes saying from Minhaj al-Dukkan. He narrates it on the authority of Galen, Ibn Sina and others. The language of the book contains grammatical and spelling errors.
Sample Text In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful. The second section is in compound medicines, which is expressed in terms of aqrabadain. It includes thirteen sections: The first section deals with matters that must be memorized on the compound, such as medicines that are compounded with three medicines if that is sufficient. The compound of three does not have to do with the compound of four. Based on this, it is divided because the singular is lighter in nature than the compound, and likewise the one whose singularities are smaller.
