Notes
An answer to a question about a man who admitted that what was left behind was from such-and-such and such-and-such’s heirs, and that what was allocated to him from it, which was such-and-such, came to him, so so-and-so and so-and-so and both heirs exonerated his owner in a general, broad-speaking acquittal...and he wrote an argument with a ruler. Then they pleaded with another judge and the acquittal claimed against its owner for assets and debts that were not stipulated, so his opponent insisted on the general acquittal, and the author replied that the aforementioned general acquittal issued by the heir to his owner is valid and applicable... Then he explains that to the author with evidence. It has an interview on the author’s copy in the year 1156 AH.
