A valuable copy, corresponding to it, and read by scholars such as Al-Hafiz Al-Iraqi (d. 806 AH/1406 AD), with footnotes and corrections, and the first folios and the last folio in a newer pen as if it were from the tenth or eleventh century, while the original is from the eighth century with evidence of reports of hearing. This part begins from the beginning of the Book of Sales to the chapter on killing Abu Jahl from the Book of Conquests.

In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful, and by it we seek help from the Book of Sales and the saying of God Almighty: “And God has made lawful trade and forbidden usury” and His saying: “Unless it is a current trade that you manage among yourselves.” Chapter on what was stated in the words of God Almighty: “And when the prayer has been completed, disperse throughout the land and seek of the bounty of God, and remember God much that you may succeed.” And when they see Commerce or amusement, disperse to it” until the end of the surah and its saying “Do not consume your property among yourselves unjustly, unless it is commerce by your mutual consent.”
