In this translation, there is a notice that what is included in the prayer is only two parts, one of which is obligatory and the other is Sunnahs. The terminology of the Companions, may God have mercy on them, differed regarding that. Al-Rafi’i, may God have mercy on him, said about prayer, obligatory and recommended prayers, while the obligatory things are the pillars and conditions.
