Its translation in Brockelmann and from him took the year of death, and in the Sarkis Dictionary 2/1300, which states that he became famous in the middle of the tenth century AH, and the Index of Dar al-Kutub 3/14. It was written by Sheikh Abd al-Baqi ibn Ismail, the imam at the Umayyad Mosque, and it was read by Ismail ibn Abd al-Baqi, the preacher and teacher at the Umayyad Mosque in the year 1099. The titles and headings of phrases were written in red.
