Notes	At the beginning of the manuscript is the table of contents. It does not have the author's name on it. Some of the titles are written in bold. Some of its texts are written in tables and some are in rectangular form. The topics are written in the margin in red ink, as well as some comments, with many benefits in medicine at the beginning and end. The pages are framed by two red lines. It contains an obliterated seal that resembles the seal of Sultan Selim Yavuz. As for what was mentioned as the second endowment, it is not a definite matter, as it may be a benefit only. Three other deaths are mentioned in the manuscript, in the same or close year, and perhaps it has another copy in “Qasidji Zadeh” No. 457/2.
