Notes
It is a summary of some of the Sultan’s rulings and a renunciation of Islamic rules, mentioning the funds of the Bayt al-Mal and its destinations, and its valid gifts and fiefs. Internal titles, chapter entries, and sayings are in red ink with a large pen. Its title and end pages are decorated with gold and plaster in a beautiful Islamic decorative style. The book is organized into 17 chapters of rulings, starting with the first chapter of the obligation of the Imamate and the conditions of the imam, and ending with the seventeenth chapter of the dhimmah contract and its provisions and what must be adhered to.
