Manuscript written by the author; He was born in Cairo in the year 788 AH/1386 AD. He is a poet, writer, and critic from the Nawaj region in western Egypt, to which he has lineage. Among his works are: Circuit of Al-Kumait, Al-Tadhkirah, Tuhfat Al-Adib, Nuzhat Al-Albab, Al-Ghazal fi Al-Hassan Min Al-Ghulam, Taking Off Al-Adhar fi Description Al-Adhar, Al-Shifa fi Badi Al-Iktfa, and others. In this book, he collected a number of ghazal poems by a number of poets who preceded him or He lived with them. Such as Ibn al-Mu'tazz, Ibn Qalanis, al-Safi al-Hilli, Ibn Nubatah al-Masri, Muhammad ibn Isra'il al-Shaybani, al-Qirati, al-Safadi, Ibn al-Jazzar and others, arranged it according to the letters of the alphabet. The name of the author was mentioned on page (52) of this copy, where he said the following: (The collector, Muhammad bin Ali Al-Nawaji (may God forgive him), said: I have read several collections and collections, even the collection of Sheikh Jamal al-Din bin Nabatah, and I did not find anything that deserved to be organized in this section, and I could not help but violate it due to an orderly commitment to the letters, so I organized these verses, and the excuse for them is clear...) They have some footnotes and corrections, and they end with the rhyme of the meem.
