In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful, and may God’s blessings be upon our Master Muhammad and all his family, and praise be to God, Lord of the Worlds. His saying: “And the usurped part of the spoils” and so on means that if the usurped horse fights over its usurper, then he looks at the two shares of this horse, and if it is from the spoils, then his two shares belong to the usurper, meaning in another spoil after that.
