A photocopy of a handwritten copy in the Abbasid Library in Basra (the library of books of the Abbasid notables). In Naskh script, number 405, books of jurisprudence and origin. The author is the explainer of the curriculum. * This copy was mentioned by Ali Al-Khaqani (“Manuscripts of the Abbasid Library in Basra” 2: 27-28). He also referred to another copy in “Collected No. AH-90 in which: The Literature of the Judges: The beginning was omitted and the end was completed in the seventh of Safar 1123 AH”: (“Manuscripts of the Abbasid Library in Basra” 2: 129).
