Sample Text	In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful. Praise be to God, Lord of the Worlds, and may God’s blessings and peace be upon our Master Muhammad and his family and all his companions. I know that the Companions have stated that spending the night in Muzdalifah and Mina on the statement that it is obligatory is waived due to the special excuse of the legislator’s permission for that to the people of watering and shepherds, and the Companions are entitled to that if he fears for his life or property or has a disease, etc.
