[3/a] As for what follows, Fakir, the Merciful One of his Rich Lord, Hamdi bin Hussein Barbarwij Al-Busnawi Al-Sara’i, says: Since the Qur’an is the best of the heavenly books, because it contains all that is in it of secret, virtue, and advantage, God Almighty sent it down to the best of His creation, the best of God’s messengers.
