The book includes an introduction to the two great sheikhs, the father and the son, Sheikh Sidi Abu Bakr al-Dala’i, and Sheikh Abu Abdullah Sidi Muhammad Baghiyat al-Dala’i. The compiler arranged his book into eight chapters, and in each chapter there are several chapters. In the first chapter he talked about their Arab lineage, in the second about their move from the country of Malawi, in the third about the origin of their tree growing with buckets from which the great scholars branched, in the fourth about the center of their corner and the periphery of their affairs, and in the fifth about the children of Sidi Abu Bakr al-Kabir. In the sixth, on the authority of the sons of Sidi Muhammad Ibn Abi Bakr, and mentioning their boasts, in the seventh, on the authority of those of their sons who were distinguished by knowledge, and in the eighth, on the authority of the sons of Sidi Abd al-Rahman Ibn Abi Bakr, and the notable imams who descended from them.
