The manuscript does not have its title or the name of its author, and its beginning is the same as the beginning of the Hagia Sophia copy No. 3162, which is how it is indexed in the old Hagia Sophia index.
It is annotated, with comments in its margins, and the last table in it is titled Table of Judges of Constantinople the Guarded, and it contains three pages with empty tables. The mentioned number of lines relates to some pages only, otherwise the rest of them are tables with overlapping lines of different numbers, and the pages are framed in red.
