He opened the book with the name in keeping with the issue of what was mentioned in the hadith at the beginning of every matter of importance, in order to avoid it being incomplete in the position of an amputee, even if it was fixed in the sentence. The naming was in accordance with what was stated in the book, the Sunnah followed it, and the nation agreed upon it.
