Notes	Manuscript written by the author; A good copy includes an index at the beginning; The author is Ali bin Muhammad Al-Samnani Al-Najafi, Shah Abdul Azimi, a doctor, writer and author. He was born around the year 1286 AH / 1869 AD in Al-Ray and studied medicine under Dr. Tolozan, physician to Sultan Nassar Al-Din Shah. He immigrated to Iraq, lived in Najaf, and died there. He practiced the medical profession and wrote more than 30 medical books there, which were purchased after his death by Sheikh Qasim Muhyi al-Din in Najaf. The late Muhammad Ali al-Balaghi bought them from him in the year 1376 AH/1956 AD. After al-Balaghi’s death in 1976, the General Foundation for Antiquities purchased them from al-Balaghi’s written treasury from his heirs.
