Notes
It has footnotes, and at the end of it there are records of births, and at the beginning of it Qasim Dubraja, may God have mercy on him, recorded: (Part of an interpretation unknown to us that includes the interpretation of the Qur’an from the beginning of Surat Al-Ankabut to the end of the Qur’an. Qasim Dubraja 1958) I said: I tried to match places in this manuscript interpretation with many existing interpretations, but it did not match with any of them, so perhaps it is one of the interpretations of scholars of the Ottoman Empire in the eleventh century.

It is possible that the answer to the oath is in his saying, “And We have certainly tried those before them.” And it is possible that it is, “Let them know.” And His Almighty said. [I reckon people] is the word intelligence
