The copy is annotated, with comments in the margins, and (as for what follows) in red, and the text is marked with red lines above it. I did not find the author of the book, but he mentioned as a case a book by Nour Muhammad al-Husseini called “Tanqiyy al-Kalam fi al-Tawhid,” printed in India, and it is an explanation of the second section of al-Tahdheeb by al-Saad al-Taftazani. Perhaps it is him.
