All pages are framed in red except the first page and pages starting from 344/a until the end of the book, and there are long red lines on the lines. It was stated in “Kashf al-Zunun” that the author completed his work in the year 901 AH, and this is contrary to what was stated by the authors of “Hidayat al-Arifin” and “Dictionary of Authors” where they said that he died in the year 843 AH. Perhaps the reason for Haji Khalifa’s mistake is that he either saw the date of copying in his copies and made a mistake, thinking that it was the date of writing, or his error may go back to the copyist of the book.
