The metaphor between so-and-so and its origin is intentional, even if it is permissible for it not to be used due to an impediment such as the separation of that and others, so he applied its ruling in all its cases according to what is its ruling in its origin, dismissing the chapter, and as for Bani Tamim, it is because, even if it is not working, he intended it to agree with the working language, so he prevented the introduction just as it was prohibited in that language.
