Notes Manuscript written by the author; It contains the appearance of redness, and at the end of it are various fatwas that begin with a fatwa in pages 57b-58b about the permissibility of praying over the dead in the Meccan Mosque and the Medina Mosque in the Noble Rawdah for those who follow the Hanafi school of thought (according to Abu Hanifa, it is not permissible to pray over the dead in the Noble Rawdah, contrary to other schools of thought) Paper 58b A question submitted to Sheikh Muhammad bin Abdul Rahman Al-Basrawi (871 AH) ((What do the distinguished scholars say about a person if he is killed unjustly) So his heir takes retribution or pardons the blood money... Will the punishment be waived from him?) Paper 59a, Fayda ((If it is said about Hajj, “Does the rights of God Almighty and humans, such as adultery and theft, expiate minors and majors?”). Paper 59b is a benefit from the sayings of Taj al-Din al-Subki about ((The believer’s saying: I am a believer, God willing)) and in the same paper is a benefit from the fatwas of Ibn Hajar. He was asked about ((The saying of the Sunnis that the servant has a type of test for him from his actions. Does it contradict the saying of God Almighty and your Lord creates whatever He wills)).
Sample Text Praise be to God, Lord of the Worlds, and prayers and peace be upon the Master of Messengers... Now, these are sufficient controls and adequate rules to which the person in need may return the blood required for Umrah and Hajj.
