The title is not mentioned in the manuscript, and perhaps it is a footnote to Al-Kati’s (Hussam al-Din Hassan, d. 760) commentary on Atheer al-Din al-Abhari’s treatise: Isagoji. The author’s surname is not clear in the manuscript, and the closest thing to it is what we mentioned. Regarding Tararband, a city across the Saihun River, which was the last of the Islamic countries next to Turkestan (Mu’jam al-Buldan 27/4), it is part of a group (from folio 6 to folio 10b) and has footnotes.
