- In which his book dealt with “military organization” and what is known today as “military tactics.” Hajj Khalifa mentioned it (“Kashf al-Zunun 1: 382”) and did not name its author. See about it (“Memorial of Anecdotes from Arabic Manuscripts,” p. 148). Published by the French Institute in Damascus - in its magazine -; Then it was printed by the Catholic Press in Beirut. - Difference in authorship. It was stated at the end of it: “The content has been completed to complete the purposes with God’s help and support, and may blessings and peace be upon our master Muhammad, and upon his family and companions, until the Day of Judgment, at the hands of his writer, Muhammad Ayyad al-Tantawi. He may be forgiven... in Peterburg on Saturday, the 5th of Dhu al-Hijjah, the end of the year 1258, from the migration of those who possess glory and honor. May the best prayers and peace be upon him and his family. This copy of Tantawi is preserved in the library of Leningrad University.
