And then, the despicable servant who sought refuge in the care of the Almighty Lord, Hassan Al-Sharnabulali Al-Hanafi, may God treat him with constant kindness, both clear and hidden, and forgive him, his parents, his sheikhs, his brothers, and the Muslims, says: These are liberating rulings that will absolutely cut off the necks of those who are reckless with their audacity to issue fatwas without clear right.
