As for what follows, Muhammad, the grandson of al-Mardini, may God bless him with his mercy, says, “This is an easy summary for those who are of understanding mind and want to begin the obligatory prayers. It includes an introduction, three chapters, and a conclusion. I called it “The Masterpiece of the Loved Ones in the Science of Arithmetic.”
