Notes - Among what was mentioned in these papers: the letter “The Pure of the Five Hundred” by Jabir ibn Hayyan, the beginning of which is: “Praise be to God who rewards with benevolence and bestows forgiveness. Know that what we say in this book is that we are referring to it to the spiritual pillar which, if it is clear of the turbidity of nature and the dirt of the oil on which it is mixed” and a treatise on the hot, humid air - a photocopy of a handwritten copy in the Gotha treasury - German, number: Arabic. 1295. - About “Al-Safi’s Message...” in “Kashf Al-Zunun” 2: 1432): “Al-Safi’s book from the Five Hundred: by Jabir ibn Hayyan Al-Sufi, abridged. The beginning of it is praise be to God who rewards with benevolence and is gracious in forgiveness..., and it is a paper, as are others). It was mentioned by the author of (“Al-Dhari’ah to the Shi’a Classifications” 15:4, No. 16). - The author of “Al-Safi’s Message...” is Jabir ibn Hayyan ibn Abd. Allah Al-Kufi, Abu Musa (d. 200 AH = 815 AD) has many works, it was said that they numbered 232 books, and it was said that they amounted to five hundred. Most of them were lost, and some of them were translated into Latin.
