Ibrahim bin Sahl al-Abdi, may God have mercy on him, said. I read to the jurist and reciter Abu Dawud Sulaiman bin Najah Al-Umawi in the year one hundred and sixty-nine and four hundred and I said to him: I said, may God be pleased with you. Abu Dawud Sulaiman bin Najah Abi Al-Qasim Al-Umawi said: Praise be to God, the Creator of the heavens and the earth and what is between them and what is under the earth, and to Him is praise in the hereafter and in the hereafter, and He is capable of all things. May God’s blessings be upon the herald, the herald, the enlightening lamp, our Prophet Muhammad, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, first and last.
