Notes
It is a footnote to the Hanafi treatise by Muhammad al-Tabrizi al-Hanafi, who died in the year 900 AH, on the etiquette of research by Adad al-Din Abd al-Rahman bin Ahmad al-Iji, who died in the year 756 AH. The copyist wrote its text entirely in black ink, and used red ink to write the word ((Qawla)) only, on a newly made inscription. With some footnotes, corrections and explanations. On the title page with the Gibb King Library seal in the middle. This copy of ours was described in the Aligarh Index, Descriptive Catalog 2/238, with the same preservation number. Transcribed by: See: Brockelmann 2/208 and its appendix 2/287.
1Brockelmann (2/208) mentioned that he died in the year 950 AH..
