He left her a margin approximately 5 cm wide with many comments and corrections. On the first sheet is the date of starting to copy the footnote: “The beginning of writing this blessed copy - may God help us to complete it - was on Friday, the fourth of Rabi’ al-Thani in the year 1083 AH.” Next to it is the reading of this text: “We began reciting this footnote to our great Sheikh, may God Almighty preserve him, on Sunday, the 11th of Safar, in the year 1084 AH.” Which indicates that the copy was written during the year between these two dates. The copy has been read and corrected.
