Its beginning is an index of topics, and a record of the birth of a child for Muhammad Yassin al-Khalidi, whose name is Muhammad Rawhi on Thursday 25 Safar in the year 1281 AH, and congratulations on the newborn from Omar Fawqji al-Tarabulsi, and its beginning and end are many fatwas attributed to the author. Its pages are tabulated in red, and it includes some explanations, comments, and various jurisprudential issues.
