In it, the compiler attempts to explain the obscure phrases and words contained in the biographies of kings, ministers, scholars, writers, and poets, which are included in the book “Qalā’īd al-Uqāyan” by Al-Fath ibn Khaqān, in the same order that was followed by the author of Al-Qālaīd. However, he merged the two sections, the first on presidents, and the second on notables and ministers in one section, and the third section on scholars, and the fourth section on writers and poets, also in one section, and it deals with the interpretation of biographies. Mentioned is one phrase after another and one word after another. The author's name is at the head of the preamble in a gilded ring and at the end. It is identical to the previous version (identification number 144351 on the digital portal), in its arrangement and contents, beginning and end, but only two translations are missing from it, by Abu Al-Hasan bin Adha and Abu Jaafar Al-Aama Al-Tatilili.
