Notes Some of its footnotes are written in the author's hand. It deals, as the author stated in its preface: what is appropriate for presidents, judges, princes, and kings of good behavior and behavior, coupled with the exploits of the Alawite Sultan Suleiman bin Muhammad bin Abdullah (1206-1238 AH). In writing it, he relied on the book “Politics” by Plato, “Siyasat Al-Hakim” Ibn Ridwan, and what the wise men of Islam wrote about it. He divided his book into an introduction, two chapters, and a conclusion, and dealt in the introduction with wisdom and proverbs, and the virtues mentioned in the Sultan’s right.
