Notes
This collection is illustrated in Cairo in the year 1611 AH from the author’s copy from Damascus, and is followed by this letter by the same author from plate (16-63): And the clouds among those whom the Prophet, peace be upon him, married, the refuge of the fearful in the translation of Sidi Abi Al-Rijal and Sidi Jandal in Minin, the venerable destination in Gabriel’s Cave, the bright candle in the news of the Damascus citadel, the goat in what was said in Mezza, the lightning flashes in historical jokes. (Title documentation from the flags).
Sample Text
Praise be to God who sent down to His servant the clear Book as an explanation of everything and a guidance... And then this is a commentary I named... It includes the first chapters in the letter of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, to the Negus, King of Abyssinia.
