Incomplete, and the first of the existing ones: Is it sufficient for the possession of so-and-so and according to the famous revelation, i.e. the guardian, or alive, etc., the copy is for the interdicted person, not for the interdicted person, and if a man is imprisoned by a guardian over him, it is better for him to take possession of a will for him or someone else who is the owner of his affairs, in order to eliminate the dispute that exists in the guardianship over him taking possession of what he has impounded on. Then Ibn al-Hind said, the possession of the guardian over him is valid, because the intention is to get out.
