Praise be to God and peace be upon His servants whom He has chosen. This is a summary of the science of jurisprudence that I collected for some of my brothers in the religion as much as it expanded its elegance, and I limited it to ten books that are the most important books of jurisprudence for him and the most deserving of consideration, which are: The Book of Purity, Prayer, Zakat, Fasting, Hajj, and Punishments.
