The author's name is mentioned in the manuscript as Abd al-Rahim ibn Muhammad, but what is known is that the author of the footnote is Muhammad ibn Muhammad Arab Zadeh al-Antaki, as mentioned in “Al-Aqd al-Manzum fi Dhikr al-Afdal al-Rum” 2/228, so it appears that it is an illusion on the part of the copyist. The text is not followed.
