The author of the book said in his sermon: Praise be to God who sent down the Qur’an as composed and organized words. Al-Sharif Al-Allamah said in his commentary: Blamey’s definition and ownership indicate that praise is specific to Him, the Almighty. He said in the footnote to Sharh al-Mukhtasar: The commentator indicated in his saying, “Blami is definition and specification,” to specification of the same type as praise in Him, the Most High.
