Its text is distorted and some of its words are explained between the lines. The copyist wrote its text on an Mashriqi-made scribe, perhaps it was Shami al-Najjar. Copies: Brockelmann did not mention any copy of it, so perhaps it has another title.

As for what follows, I have come across your need to explain a book in which we mention the well-known hadiths narrated from the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, regarding the attributes and the authenticity of its chain of transmission... He criticized in it what they have illuminated (?) its outward appearance of the simile, and I mention the narrations in some of them, and I rely on... in them the well-known ones for the sake of brevity.
