The copyist stated at the end of the first part, p. 61, that he completed the first part of the footnotes of Sheikh Abd al-Rahman al-Ajhouri, and the second part begins with the book Ahkam al-Fara’id wa al-Wiyad, p. 62. Then he stated at the end of the second part: The abstraction was carried out by the poorest of God’s servants, and accordingly it has the title (the abstraction) and the footnotes as written on its cover at the beginning.
