Al-Ahkam Al-Ala’iyya fi Al-Akhtar Al-A’laiya fi Al-Maktara is a book about calculating the horoscope, the stages of the zodiac, the moon, and other things. Its title page is decorated with circles decorated in red, yellow, green, and black. The author mentioned that he wrote this book for Sultan Al-Muzaffar Ala’ al-Din Muhammad ibn Nakshi... Khwarazshah Burhan, who was very interested in the rulings of the stars, especially during times of missions. Therefore, he is famous for his sublime tests on the heavenly signs, and it is mentioned in Kashf al-Zunun, vol. 1, p. 19, that he compiled it in the Persian language, and he translated the beginning of it into Arabic: Praise be to God for the reasons for His blessings... and he arranged it into two articles: 1- On ideal universals 2- On particulars.
