And then, the knowledge of hadith is of high esteem, great in honor, honorable mention. No one cares for it except every scholar, no one deprives it except every deep, and his virtues do not fade over the course of time. I was among those who crossed to the abyss of his dictionary where he stood on its shore, and I was not satisfied with supplying its streams until I cut off its source and sources.
