Chapter on the virtue of seeking knowledge. Some people said that if he learns the amount of what he needs, he should be busy with work and abandon learning. Some of them said that preoccupying himself with increasing learning is better after the decrease is not included in his obligations. This saying is more correct. The Prophet, peace be upon him, said: “The virtue of knowledge is better than the virtue of work, and the foundation of your religion is piety.”
