After the basmala and the hamdala: As for what follows, a letter has come to us from Sidi A’al containing the ruling to Ibrahim bin Shuaib Ali Muhammad bin Dhidan for thirty riyals. He sent it to us by Sid A’ali so that we may look into it in the chapters of the ruling and its predicates. I found it to be a clear error that must be annulled and the judge must retract it, and that is in six ways.
