Notes - The book is based on the doctrine of Abu Hanifa - The author is the companion and student of Imam Abu Hanifa. He was the ruler of the judiciary in Baghdad during the days of the Mahdi, Al-Hadi and Al-Rashid. He died during his caliphate in Baghdad while he was in charge of the judiciary. He was the first to be called “Judge of Judges.” He is called: Judge of the judges of the world. He was the first to write books on the principles of jurisprudence, according to the doctrine of Abu Hanifa. He had extensive knowledge of interpretation, mysteries, and the days of the Arabs. Classify a group of books. - The copy is photocopied from a handwritten copy in the National Library in Tunisia (No. 506). There are many comments on the footnotes. On the first leaf of the manuscript, in modern Moroccan script: (copy date 1230 AH).
