Notes
The copyist wrote it in black ink in general, and used red ink to write the number of the hadith and the sentence: “Al-Bukhari said” and the word “poetry” and to draw the warning lines on the texts of the hadiths quoted from the Book of the Three Pieces by Imam Al-Bukhari. Sample Text
He says, “The servant most in need of the righteousness of his Lord, the Creator, Ali bin Sultan Muhammad Al-Qari.” It is not hidden from those with understanding that the closer the chain of transmission to the Master of the People, the closer he is to knowledge of knowledge of the rulings. This is why the hadiths that the Companions heard from the Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, without intermediary, were definitive of the narration on the issue of knowledge.
