The honorable minister and constitution builder of the foundations of the Ottoman Empire and governor of the Islamic countries... Al-Ghazi Ali Pasha, the ruler of the state of Bosnia... sought supplication from the side of the Siddiqi gang and the ancient dynasty and from the scholars of the Al-Azhar Mosque in protected Egypt, so the hearts of the people of God turned to him in favor of supplications for victory.
