The Almighty said: “To Him will be returned the knowledge of the Hour and whatever fruit emerges from it” (Fussilat/47). Meaning: Knowledge of the time of the Hour is returned by every believer who speaks about it to God Almighty. And God Almighty mentioned fruits and their emergence from the sleeves, and carrying females is an example of all things, since everything is hidden in the ruling on these two. Abu Amr, Ibn Katheer, Hamza, Al-Kisa’i, Al-Hasan, Talha, and Al-A’mash read “of his fruits” in the singular as a gender noun, and Nafi’ and Ibn Aamir read “fruits” in the plural.
